Service Approvals
Sperry Marine Service Engineers are required to leave the following documentation onboard vessels upon completion of VDR installations and Annual Performance Tests:

Completed Sperry Marine Product Service Report

Sperry Marine service engineer's Voyage Data Recorder training certificate (received from completing a Sperry approved VDR training class).

Copy of product type approval certificate from the Class approval society.

Copy of the completed Certificate of Compliance that includes:

Signed name
-
Printed name
-
Engineer's stamp
