The MF / HF product family offers several GMDSS solutions fulfilling specific needs.
4000 150W
The 4000 150W MF / HF PEP transceiver with integrated DSC complies not only with the relevant GMDSS safety requirements, it has also set new standards for compactness, reliability, versatility and user friendliness.
- Transceiver Unit HT4610 including transmitter, receiver with scanning function, a 1-channel dedicated DSC watch receiver and 24 VDC power supply
- Control Unit HC4500B
- Antenna Tuning Unit HA4615
The 4000 150W MF / HF transceiver satisfies the MF / HF requirements for GMDSS Sea State A2. In combination with two Inmarsat-C transceivers the system also satisfies the MF / HF requirements for GMDSS Sea State A3.
4000 250W
The very flexible 4000 250W MF / HF PEP transceiver with integrated DSC watch receiver can be delivered in a number of different combinations in order to fulfill the individual needs onboard different types of vessels.

- Transceiver Unit HT4520 in the following versions:
- 250W Transceiver Unit with built-in 1-channel DSC watch receiver and radio telex modem (D1T)
- 250W Transceiver Unit with built-in 6-channel DSC scanning watch receiver and radio telex modem (D6T)
- 250W Transceiver Unit has a built-in AC power supply and battery charger as standard
The 4000 250W MF / HF satisfies the MF / HF requirements for GMDSS Sea States A2, A3 and A4.
4000 500W
The very powerful 4000 500W MF / HF PEP transceiver with integrated DSC watch receiver can be delivered in a number of versions for flexible solutions.

- Transceiver Unit HT4550 in the following versions:
- 500W Transceiver Unit with built-in 1-channel DSC watch receiver and radio telex modem (D1T)
- 500W Transceiver Unit with built-in 6-channel DSC scanning watch receiver and radio telex modem (D6T)
There are two options available for radio telex for the 4000 250W and 500W. One very cost effective solution consists of only a printer and a keybpard, and another solution includes a dedicated Data Terminal DT4646E.
The 4000 500W MF / HF satisfies the MF / HF requirements for GMDSS Sea States A2, A3 and A4.
