NAVIPRINT

Navigation Data Printer

The Voyage Data Printer prints continuously the vessel's heading and rudder angle. At the beginning of each new page and always after an alteration of any parameter the Voyage Data Printer also prints a status line comprising the following data:

60 mm/h paper feed speed (60, 50 or 600 mm/h)

A further feature of the Voyage Data Printer is the range of selectable paper feed speeds of 60 mm/h, 150 mm/h and 600 mm/h. A choice may also be made between the heading recording ranges of ±180° or ±30°. The recording function for the vessel's rudder angle may be switched off completely or set to a range of ±9°, ±45° or ±70°.

Zoom Function
To analyse in detail a vessel's steering characteristics in both autopilot and manual steering modes, the zoom function provides the operator with the following high resolution recording ranges:

paper feed speed 600 mm/h
heading recording range ±30°
rudder angle recording range ±9°
time increment 1 minute
